8. YOUTUBE API SERVICES

Toast Wedding Films uses YouTube API Services through internal tools to manage our own YouTube channel — uploading our original wedding films and maintaining their titles, descriptions, and privacy settings. By interacting with our content on YouTube, you are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Our internal tools access only data about our own channel and our own videos; we do not access, collect, or store YouTube data about any other users or their accounts. Stored information is limited to metadata about our own videos (titles, descriptions, links, and privacy status) kept in our internal systems. 9. COOKIES AND WEBSITE ANALYTICS

Our website is hosted on the HubSpot platform, which uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, analyze site traffic (such as pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address), and support our forms and chat features. When you submit a form on our website (for example, an inquiry about our services), the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and event details — is stored in our HubSpot customer relationship management system and used to respond to you and provide our services.

Our website also embeds video players from Vimeo and YouTube to display our wedding films. When you play an embedded video, those providers may set their own cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies: Vimeo Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site features, such as forms and embedded video playback.
