3. CLIENT SERVICES

Wedding videography and photography services are governed by separate written service agreements between Toast Wedding Films Inc. and each client. These Terms of Use govern only your use of the Site and do not modify any service agreement.

4. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT AND LINKS

The Site embeds video players and links to third-party platforms, including Vimeo and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
